About the Position

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience  

Start Date: September 2026

Closing Date : 10 April 2026

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Planning and preparing creative and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress to support continued development.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
  • Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils as individuals.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the curriculum and wider school life.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil success.
  • Upholding the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
About you : we are looking for someone who has:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience delivering engaging and effective teaching within a primary or prep setting.
  • Is passionate about education and committed to inspiring young learners.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is adaptable, enthusiastic and able to respond to the needs of pupils.
  • Has a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
